"Willi Boni is still doing work for us as we are approx. 50% of the way thru a major remodel of a manufactured home that we have in the little town of Albion, WA. Willi has been very good to work with and patient with us as we are seniors and not as fast on many things as some of his younger clients. We feel like we hit the jackpot when we found Willi; especially since I have done a considerable amount of remodel work in my younger days. Willi has been very respectful of my wife which is very nice to see as Karen has had some serious health problems in the last few years. She can walk over to the house(very slowly with her cane) and he always stops to greet her and discuss anything that she has on her mind--how unusual in this world we have today. Willi's craftmanship & attention to detail is remarkable and we would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job done. Before starting this bigger redo for us he did a bathroom remodel in a small house that is also in Albion and he did a remarkable job considering what he started with. During this job he tore open the floor in this old bathroom & found the drain lines from the sink & shower were just draining into the crawl space & were not even connected to the plumbing waste lines--this had been going on for years in this little rental house & we never even knew about it until he told us after he had fixed the plumbing and corrected the errors. At the time this happened I thought to myself that he must be one of a kind in an industry full of contractors who do shoddy work that is often not discovered until some years after the fact. Willi is 5 Star for sure!!!!"

"We had some gutter damage from the last wind storm. Thomas Contracting Services came in with the lowest bid of three with a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. Michelle was fantastic in all of my interactions with her including scheduling. Joel (who also came out to give me the estimate) and Tim did an excellent job removing the old gutter and replacing it with the new. I especially appreciated their flexibility as I slightly changed the plan from the original design. I have worked with many contractors through the years and I consider TCS to be one of the best. I recommend them highly and would rehire them in a heart beat. If I could give them an A+ I would!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"The family and I were relocating to North Dakota for my job. Before relocating to North Dakota, I spoke with a co-worker of mine who lived in the area and asked him about the cost of having a home built being that he had lived in the area for some years. He advised me that the cost to have a home built was relatively reasonable and that he even had a construction company that I might consider doing the work. I called the company (Snowden Construction LLC) and explained what I was interested in having done. They assured me that they could do what I wanted within my requested time frame with a 6 person crew to keep the cost down.

I flew out to North Dakota six months prior to relocating and meet with the owners of Snowden Construction to view some of their work in person and to show them the blueprints for the house. The meeting went very well and so I employed the company to build mine and my family's home. The construction began in July 2015 and was done a month later. When I flew back to view the completed work, I went through and thoroughly inspected every aspect of the house and was very pleased with the work of Snowden Construction."
