I did knock off one star because the project was quoted between $150 and $170 based on my square footage over the phone and the bill was $100 more than that, payment options were also limited to check or cash. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the clean which cost another star. The carpets were very wet and took 3 days to dry. When they did dry there was a stiff chemical feel to the carpet in particular in the closets and corners where not all of the cleaner was extracted."
