"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Dakota removed the door, straightened the opening, and reinstalled the dog door. It is now straight, does not allow cold air to leak into the house, and looks professional. The outside is clean tight. He used matching window frame wood around the inside of the door, painted it, and cleaned up everywhere. All around just a beautiful job!"
