"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
write this review so that the request to write this review stops
popping up.
The rating is bogus as it is required to be able to submit.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Well I work out of toun. Got a phone call from my dad that my kitchen sink pipe broke. And there was a lot of damage. I called around but every contractor was to busy for at least 6 months. I found k.p.o told them what happened they gave me a quote and I agreed. Told them I'd be home in 2 months and would like to have it done by then. Well I finally got home and my kitchen looked better then when I left. Thanks k.p.o"

"Excellent job. I highly recommend him. He did some roofing work for me and tree trimming and the work he done was great. He's there when he said that he would be and had a decent price."

"I hired this company to paint the exterior of my home and chose a completely different paint color. I believe I would have given 5 out of 5 stars if they had done a better clean-up after the project was completed. I do have to say though, that the cleanup they did leave was minimal, but they did leave me with some to do myself. I would recommend that you include the type of clean up in the contract, as it is almost just as important than the work itself, and have it done BEFORE you provide the final payment. Here is what I did like: The owner contacted me each and EVERY time I called him within a reasonable amount of time. The owner's crew showed up on time and worked continuously, taking only minimal breaks. The exterior paintwork was done with extreme care and professionalism. There was confusion with getting the correct paint color as the paint I received was actually lighter, and the owner worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner."

Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

House framing can be expensive because the materials are pricey, and the job requires a high level of expertise. The more complex the plans, the more expensive the job, but even the most basic frame needs to be installed with high-quality materials and precision. When pricing your home’s framework, remember that a sturdy frame is necessary to create a safe structure.

You can choose 5/8-inch plywood or 3/4-inch plywood—anything thinner than these sizes may not withstand the impact of debris propelled by strong winds or can be easily torn off by intruders. Remember that the durability of the wood board is crucial, particularly for safeguarding your windows during severe storms. The effectiveness of using wood boards for protecting the investment you made in your home relies on using the appropriate material and ensuring proper installation.

Carpenters are trained to take on a wide range of home projects. You can hire a carpenter to do framing, roofing, build custom furniture, and make significant upgrades to your home. General carpenters are usually able to handle most jobs. However, you may also choose to hire a carpenter who specializes in a specific type of carpentry.

Stick frames, metal frames, or prefabricated concrete frames are included in framing a house, along with creating the framework and space for windows, doors, and entryways. Other aspects of developing a home—like drywall, insulation, windows, doors, and more—are not included in the cost to frame a house.

Yes, you can hang picture frames, shelves, and other items on Trusscore panels. For lightweight items (less than 30 pounds), the company recommends using adhesive strips rather than nails or screws. However, you’ll need to secure heavier objects to a stud in the wall. In these situations, Trusscore recommends cutting away the panel material and fastening the object to the stud with metal hardware.
