He provided annual service which was reasonably priced. He was super easy to work with, communicative and responsive and liked the experience so much that I hired him for my own property and had that service the same week (which was half the cost of another vendor who couldn't get out to my property for over 3 weeks). My new home’s furnace has been having the same problem for the last two winters, and I have had the builder’s subcontractor, and two other HVAC companies try and fail to resolve condensation issue that prevents the furnace from running. Top-shelf showed up and resolved the issue which turns out to be an installation flaw. Chris took his time explained the issue and the options to repair it."

Another firm had done the install before I found out about Shanco/Peppy. Cody added a vent to the piping in just a couple of minutes, so that potential problem is sorted!"
