"Jeff repaired the brickwork on the top part of our decades old chimney at our lake cabin and also did some tuck pointing on the stonework on the lower part. Not only was the finished work beautiful, but he was prompt, friendly, did exactly what he said he would, and cleaned up beautifully when he was done. And the price was exactly what we expected based on our pre-hire discussions even though we had it done on a T&M basis. He even talked us out of some of the work we thought we needed done as unnecessary. We would use him again without question."

Slabjack Geotechnicals polyurethane injection SlabJacking is far superior to last centuries Mudjacking. Less invasive, longer lasting, better aesthetically and with a superior warranty. We raise settled concrete porches, patios, pool decks, shop floors, driveways, sidewalks, garage and basement floors, if it's a slab we raise it! We also underseal slabs with voids, rocking driveway and warehouse slabs. If you suspect voids we have the exact material for the problem. We seal leaking culverts, large diameter pipe, Seawall and Bulkheads, and under-seal concrete ditches and spillways. We also seal many thousands of feet of control joints and cracks in concrete using the best Silicones, Polyurea's and Polyurethanes. Other common names for our services are "pressure grouting" "chemical grouting" "SlabJacking" "Polylevel" and "Mudjacking" We are licensed in the state of Washington and Idaho. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover in addition to Business & Personal checks.

"Justin and Dustin were very professional and did a great job with a panel lift and filling cracks in the HOA's concrete cart path."

We have been in Business for nine years, I have any where from 1 to 5 guys helping me. I like to do the biding and billing through email, but i can do it any way that works best for the job. Any type of inside work for the months of January through April i will take 15% off the job.

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.

Mudjacking should last for five to 10 years, so it’s considered a temporary solution to sinking concrete. However, there are some cases where mudjacking fails before this time period, like if you have loose soil below the concrete or a karst landscape is to blame for the sinking concrete. Some mudjacking projects can last for well beyond a decade, depending on the underlying issue.

Generally speaking, push piers—or steel piers—are the best option for underpinning, as they reach down to solid bedrock to find support for your foundation rather than relying on soil, which could be subject to the same issues as the soil directly below your foundation. However, the best underpinning method for your home depends on your location, how far down the bedrock is, and the type of soil in your area. Helical piers are usually the best option for sandy soil or in areas where the bedrock is too deep to use steel piers.

Mudjacking is your best bet for leveling concrete on a tighter budget. It’s less expensive than foam or grout mixture. For smaller, surface-level issues, you could also use a self-leveling compound, which creates an even surface over existing concrete—it’s a budget-friendly option suitable for DIY enthusiasts.

Most projects take 1-3 hours, with immediate usability after completion.
