The work done by this company can be best described by one of their customers who now enjoy's living in their custom built home. Jeremy built our first custom home up here at Hawk Creek Ranch, near Davenport, WA. My husband and I were totally impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I was here onsite during the build and working with Jeremy and his team was awesome. Jeremy is an exceptional Project Manager, with the experience to building a quality custom home for his clients. The communication through the whole project was outstanding. Jeremy helped guild me through decisions I wasn’t sure how to make or if it wasn’t going to be the best option for our new home. My husband and I would no doubt use Jeremy in the future for all our building needs. We would recommend Jeremy, whether you are building your first new home or just renovating you’re existing home. It is our opinion that he is the best in the area and we have a beautiful custom home to show for it. Highly recommend him.

While painting your stair's railing is a job for a small collection of various brush sizes, painting the stairs portion of a stairwell with a roller is a matter of personal preference. You can find two-, four-, and six-inch rollers at home centers and hardware stores, which can be excellent for painting treads and risers. However, you'll still need at least one brush to cut in the details and edges. 

To estimate the cost to paint interior walls, multiply the square footage by the average price range to paint interior walls, which is $2 to $6 per square foot. For example, a 12-by-12-foot room with 8-foot tall walls is 384 square feet, meaning that the cost to paint the room will range from $768 to $2,304. Painting the ceiling and any trim will add to the overall cost, as will any repairs.

It’s best to remove wallpaper rather than paint over it. You should only paint over wallpaper if removing it would damage the wall, the surface is relatively smooth, or there are minimal problem areas—such as slight peeling and lifted seams—that you can fix easily. Painting over wallpaper can save time, but it can create more problems if the wallpaper is in poor condition and you don’t properly prep the area for painting. Painting over polyurethane without sanding is not advisable. Sanding, followed by priming, is pivotal in ensuring proper adhesion of the new paint. Sanding creates a rough surface that allows the primer to adhere firmly, which helps paint cure correctly, providing a long-lasting and smooth finish. Neglecting thorough sanding, followed by a paint primer, could lead to the paint not adhering effectively, causing peeling or uneven application.
