After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "From start to finish our move was top notch. Our movers were knowledgeable, adamant about careful handling of my Mom's furniture and precious belongings, and didn't waste a moment of time. This was not an easy move. We were down sizing my Mom into an assisted living apartment. There was a lot of heavy furniture to move around, China, glassware, artwork... 80 years of life. Some went to her new place, some to my house to be redistributed to family. As we moved everything into its new place some of our plans had to be altered. Our guys were very accommodating when we had to move a few pieces in, and then out again. It was obvious they had worked as a team before and handled everything efficiently, even offering me advice when I was a bit flabbergasted about what to do. Items were shrink wrapped, mattress bags used, and covered with moving blankets. This is what GOOD movers do. "Happy with the coordination of the move date and hours available to help us with our move but price per hour was a quite excessive but we had no other choice since they were they only moving company available at that time with our dates being set. We had 3 guys, two which hustled and did a great job while the 3rd one was seen numerous times standing around not doing much at all. After our move we had also noticed a damaged wine cellar valued at $3,000 with a shattered front glass. This was brought to their attention shortly after their said "7 day" guarantee to file a claim of any damaged items and they stated they talked with their guys that were the helpers and they admitted no fault, so the company said they would not cover the glass to be replaced. This is not the kind of service I would wish upon anyone paying that pretty penny price tag and to have something of value damaged and for a company to not owe up to it and to look for any escape route but then again it only hurts their reputation like this review that I am leaving will! Look elsewhere! WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY RENAMED COMPANY OF THEIRS AGAIN NOR REFER TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!!!!"
