After speaking with him he convinced me to let him do the whole project, and based on the final result I'm glad I did. I chose a product with which he had never worked (a 4x thickness coating) so he took the time to learn what he needed to know to prepare surfaces and apply it correctly. Even though Jim had a little trouble finding help that shared his passion for his work, and the repairs and leveling required more labor than initially planned, Jim's professionalism, attention to detail, and persistent pursuit of my complete satisfaction exceeded my expectations."
