The staff at Larew Kuper are very punctual, personable, professional, honest, and keep the customer's best interest in mind. The office manager, Helen, even warned me how long a repair would take so I could make arrangements to take my dog to a friend's house for the day while my air conditioner was being repaired on a very hot day. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went according the arrangements they told me.  The technician arrived when he was supposed to and completed the work as promised.

My air conditioning wasn't working, when I turned on the system the blower would run for about fifteen seconds and then shut off but the air conditioner never did come on. Obviously I was going to have someone look at it because it was not working. He came out and said it was a thermostat problem so I did have to have the thermostat replaced which was another $95 for a programmable thermostat. He didn't have to any repairs, he checked over the air conditioning unit and it was fine so it was something wrong with the thermostat that it wasn't kicking on. When I first moved here I wanted to have it checked out, this was like six years ago so I looked up the name of the company who sold the brand of air conditioners that I had. It was Heil and so I found somebody who sold Heil's and so that's where I had the first contact for service call. I can't remember the name of the company but when I called them this time they referred me to them. I think he was about a half an hour late, he was supposed to come at 7:30 and it was about 8:00 but I don't fault him for that. He was quick and efficient. I think he diagnosed the problem okay. He said that the thermostat that was here was kind of a cheap one so he put in a Honeywell I think it was. The price was acceptable. The last time I had a service call done for this it was like $50 but that has been some years ago so may be the prices have gone up. I would have been happy if it would have been less. He didn't do any unnecessary work and he was probably correct with the thermostat. He was half an hour late but the person did call and tell me he was going to be half an hour late. At least they called and let me know because I had to work that day and I was kind of concerned about whether or not he was going to get here on time so that he could do the work and I could leave. I don't know what the circumstances where but he did not come when he was supposed to.

Technician was courteous, friendly and thorough. He apologized for the wait. The company notified me that the tech was running late
