"I couldn't get any sort of quotes prior to paying someone $69 to come out to give 'free quotes'. I wanted an exterior antenna installed. I was curious what antenna model(s) they used and what they charge to buy from them. I couldn't get that over the phone. I was very detailed on exactly what I wanted, but they said they need to see it to properly quote. When they arrived they had 3 standard options and only one antenna, so I was rather confused why I couldn't get that over the phone. Ended up paying twice as much as I wanted, but felt committed after paying the fee to have them come out. The work/job was done great though just the price was too high in my opinion."
