"I had them replace my roof the work does seems good but there crew left my gutters damaged I feel that when they give you a price for labor and materials that should be the price I should not have to pay extra material and labor cost this was not hidden damage they just did not have enough material and I could not tell if all material that was delivered first time was the amount in the quote they Did not any invoices from there suppliers actually did not, break down extra cost till I asked for it. I am an electrician by trade if I gave them a price for wiring a house and needed an extra 500ft. Of wire to complete the job I am sure they would tell me to bad you did not figure enough wire. All I am saying not having all material delivered to a job site and then bring in extra is a an old trick to get a little extra out of a client I am not saying this is what they did I cannot prove it either way but I have heard of this happening just watch your contractor."

Long story short they came out and did the roofs in a timely manner, the siding and gutters not so much. "Not even sure where to begin with this nightmare which I will now need to spend more money in legal just to get my money back if I'm lucky. It all started back in 2022 when a respectful salesperson Gary sold me on an underground bunker. Still to this day, he answers the phone for me, and he doesn't even work at Rising S company anymore. To keep a long story shorter, I paid over $100K for my unit after being pushed to make payments to 'keep it on the assembly line'. It has been paid in full since August of 2023 (just about 15 months for anyone counting). I received a response (finally) earlier this year in March that there is new ownership of the company, and the man in charge is Brad Dancer. After trying to contact for quite awhile, I did finally get him on the phone. He apologized and explained to me that he's in over his head. Even though I believe I have been more than patient, I agreed to give him some time to finish and deliver my unit. We agreed that August of this year (2024) I would have it. I checked in by email in June to ask if we were still on track. I received a response that we were indeed on track. Now fast forward to today (10/25/24), I have been completely ghosted by email, phone, and text. No responses at all by ANY form of communication. At this point, I realize I have been robbed of over $100K. And after reading many other consumers reviews on different platforms, it appears I'm not the only one. I will now begin my journey with the Attorney General and Legal process. I'll update my status here so anyone can see what happens. At least people can get answers some way. It is not a good feeling to not be able to get a company to call you, especially after they've taken over $100k. You can't even leave a message on the office line ( which no one has EVER answered by the way). I don't understand how a company like this could still be in business. My recommendation to anyone reading this.....I hope it's not too late for you."
