The installation crew was thorough and followed a Lennox installation precisely. However, that was the end of the work performed. For some reason, I thought that because the dealership is SAVE certified, there would be some sort of performance evaluation after the install. Nope. The heat and cool would respond to a thermostat call. That was it. The installation crew failed to replace the furnace electric outlet they removed. Quite inconvenient. They also bowed the side of the furnace making a bad fit with the original filter slot.
Lennox sent an evaluation form which I tried to honestly fill without being too negative. The very next day I received a phone call from Tim scolding me harshly for not giving a perfect evaluation. I was intimidated enough that I waited until now to complete a review in case I needed a service call related to the installation.
The final insult came when I paid. When I walked into their shop with a cashier's check, the receptionist deliberately ignored me. She finally attended to me and gave me a receipt. I felt like I was perceived as one of the bums that hang around their neighborhood. W**, as the young people say. You're never getting me in there again!

I called at 7:45 am on a Monday morning, after a holiday weekend, and was told someone would be out right away! Brian arrived about 8:10 to explain what was wrong with my A/C and would come back later after the coils defrosted.
He came back around 4:30 and repaired the A/C. It was so humid and hot, but Brian was a professional and very patient.

From my initial phone call, the equipment was fully installed in little over two weeks. That included four or five system design iterations (I can be a challenge to work with...). The first quote was available the next day, all other changes were made same day. I never had to wait more than two hours to get answers to my many questions.
The installers were very polite and respectful of my home. Install quality was very impressive. I have very high expectations and was not disappointed.
Price got a and quot;Band quot; (good) rating because I have no idea what a fair price is. It seemed like a good price based on other quotes. I am amazed (and annoyed) that this industry is able to shield their equipment pricing so well.

We had a used central air unit to be installed, and didn't even know if it would work or not. We had Tim Fereday come out and give us an estimate for it to be hooked up AND filled with 4 pounds of coolant. He gave us a bid of $300 for that whole job. Well, after calling THREE times to remind them that this job needed to get done, a tech finally came out to give it a try. He was very unprofessional and rude, giving off the attitude that he absolutely did not want to be here and didn't have a care in the world whether he could get our unit to work or not. He pressurized the system and discovered that it had a small leak, meaning it would not hold the coolant. So it was a bust. Five days later we get a bill in the mail for $325 for this job!! They charged more for a job that was not completed than the bid for the whole job PLUS coolant! The coolant alone should have costed $160, as it's currently at $40/pound. That means that this job, uncompleted, should have costed us $140. Where do they get $325? Who knows. They came to our house last year and did essentially the same thing, WITH 4 pounds of coolant, and that only costed $190.
When I called to find out how they got this price, they were very rude and refused to show any of that famed and quot;customer serviceand quot; they pride themselves on.

I had 3 estimates and they were the best price. They were in and out in less time than they said that they would be. The servicemen were excellent as well. They kept me posted on what was happening during that time. I've had no problems with them.

We have used them for years and have a deal with them. They come and check our air conditioning regularly. They come out when they say they will. We have never had a problem.

The install went well. Took about 2 and a half days to remove old system, reconfigure ducts and install new system. Installers were very concientious and left the area as clean as the found it.
