Lennox sent an evaluation form which I tried to honestly fill without being too negative. The very next day I received a phone call from Tim scolding me harshly for not giving a perfect evaluation. I was intimidated enough that I waited until now to complete a review in case I needed a service call related to the installation.
The final insult came when I paid. When I walked into their shop with a cashier's check, the receptionist deliberately ignored me. She finally attended to me and gave me a receipt. I felt like I was perceived as one of the bums that hang around their neighborhood. W**, as the young people say. You're never getting me in there again!

He came back around 4:30 and repaired the A/C. It was so humid and hot, but Brian was a professional and very patient.
From my initial phone call, the equipment was fully installed in little over two weeks. That included four or five system design iterations (I can be a challenge to work with...). The first quote was available the next day, all other changes were made same day. I never had to wait more than two hours to get answers to my many questions.
The installers were very polite and respectful of my home. Install quality was very impressive. I have very high expectations and was not disappointed.
Price got a and quot;Band quot; (good) rating because I have no idea what a fair price is. It seemed like a good price based on other quotes. I am amazed (and annoyed) that this industry is able to shield their equipment pricing so well.
When I called to find out how they got this price, they were very rude and refused to show any of that famed and quot;customer serviceand quot; they pride themselves on.
