"We had the last 3 windows replaced in the house. They had replaced 5 other windows a 1 1/2 ago, plus the sliding door out to deck, kitchen window & bathroom window & basement window. Which he had a difficult time with but, he succeeded at . We are very, very happy with all the windows. Much more energy efficient & so saves a lot of money in the long run. No more putting plastic on living room windows & sliding door in the winter !!!"

"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"Have not completed project yet. Mostly done and should finish up this week. No problems with the work except thought they could of been a little more precise with cutting studs and Sheetrock instead of rough cutting. No matter it all comes out okay in the finished project.
