"We had the last 3 windows replaced in the house. They had replaced 5 other windows a 1 1/2 ago, plus the sliding door out to deck, kitchen window & bathroom window & basement window. Which he had a difficult time with but, he succeeded at . We are very, very happy with all the windows. Much more energy efficient & so saves a lot of money in the long run. No more putting plastic on living room windows & sliding door in the winter !!!"

"Will is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain in detail to a layman the design as well as the reasoning behind it. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
