We purchased, he picked it up for us and delivered. Also volunteered to return an extra piece since I had ordered too much. 3 new doors - stained and installed. We love it. "They were prompt and they came out when we requested them to. They did the replacements that we needed to have done; they were pretty easy to work with. They charged only for the labor; there was no cost for the windows because they were under warranty. Their work was fine and the windows were okay. If we had to have these windows repaired we will use them but if we have to get them replaced, we would probably do a different brand."
