Our clients were the inspiration behind KC Handyman, a division of Kaufman Construction formed in 2004. In some industries, you never hear from your clients again once a job is finished. We realized that it made sense to start a service that offered an alternative to the Design-Build, fixed price approach offered by Kaufman Construction. KC Handyman was created to handle smaller projects that require skill and craftsmanship but don’t need the same oversight as a major renovation. The talented handymen who work for KC Handyman take care of large and small repairs, maintenance and renovation projects for homeowners and businesses. Clients pay an hourly rate and are responsible for directing the work of the handymen. We handle anything from minor around the house items to more in depth repairs such as siding repairs/replacements, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting, etc.
