"Sales man sold us on a product the company did not have. When windows were installed we lost the size of the glass for larger frames, which we specifically DID NOT want as we have big windows facing a wooded backyard. We specifically told the sales man we wants MORE glass and we got less. The sales man also told us that we would be able to paint the outside of the WHITE frames to match our home. Found out that that wasn't true either as you would have to properly "prime" the frame with a solution that would have essentially melted the plastic so the paint could property adhere to it. Over all completely disgusted with the company. The ONLY reason giving 3 stars is because their installers are great and work hard. Otherwise, I'd give them zero stars and I not only wouldn't refer customers to them but I would make sure those I know do NOT use this company."

"The window installation crew were very professional, polite and answered all my questions. They thoroughly cleaned up the job site when they were done with the window installation plus they cleaned all the replacement windows as well. It immediately became clear during the window installation that the crew knew what they doing and that they genuinely liked and respected each other.. The windows look beautiful both on the inside and the outside and they really enhance the appearance of my house. We are extremely happy with the entire process of buying and having our windows installed. Josh was fantastic in helping us pick out the windows and he even came to our house on the weekend to answer some of our questions. In short the windows greatly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely reach out to Mad City Windows and Doors when I remodel my kitchen in the near future."

"It took a while to get them to come but they had a very reasonable price for the original roof and did a very neat job. He left everything well and I have no complaints. They responded to my calls. The owner came himself and went up on the roof for the changes. They didn't charge me anything."
