"The pros sent me a text letting me know that they were 10 minutes away and so I called them and told them I was going to be right out and I was also going to let them in.the appointment was for 955am.We shook hands I showed them where my couch and coffee table were and they were extremely nice and professional about getting them out of my apartment. We also talked and then I payed the pros in cash and shook their hands and wished them a safe journey back because it was so windy today. It took 25 minutes to get my couch and coffee table out.
