I'm very pleased with the work they did. My yard was a disaster and my gutters were a real mess. They really worked hard to clean everything up and haul off the debris. It looks great now! They're nice to deal with, professional, and very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.

I left detailed contact information in my voice mail, and they simply chose to ignore my call.

He usually charges $100 to do entire lawn and clean out house gutters. because Radiant was busy, the owner agreed to stop by and do the front lawn only for $75. he worked immediately (thank you)and was very efficient so it only took 45minutes to do the smallfront yard. he charged $70. i had to clean the gutters myself before the frost came because he was just too busy to come back.A for effort and response time. B overall. still pretty good. my regular guy has worked for me for years and doesn't like to raise his prices, so he may be hard to compete with.

Matt is a perfectionist, and it shows in the work that he does. Our yard has never looked better!

Before he began the work he communicated to me very clearly what he would do, when he could do it, and how much he would charge. Due to unexpected circumstances at our home we needed someone to mow our lawn on a one time basis.
Checking Angie's List we saw that Radiant Lawn and Services had received excellent reviews. I called and Matt was willing to fit us into his schedule. Matt answered questions and explained his services over the phone. This is the first time we have ever used this type of service. We are very happy with the timeliness and the quality of service delivered. Yard looks great, Matt communicates well and we would certainly contact him again.

Matt promptly returned my call and told me that he could get to my yard that day. He was on the job about an hour later and texted me a couple of times with updates as he was working. He raked, mowed, trimmed and picked up or blew away everything. I came home from work to a beautiful yard. I'm very pleased and will certainly use Radiant again.

My mower was broken and I couldn't perform the first mowing of the season on my 3/4 acre yard. Matt did an absolutely wonderful job on the lawn even though he knew this was just a one time service. He even offered to look at my boken lawnmower! I will definitely call Matt again when I need services over the summer and intend on having him clear snow for me this winter. My yard has never looked better!

I contacted Matt on Saturday and by Sunday afternoon he was at my property doing a spring clean up. He was very quick and ensured that things were done to perfection. I appreciated the fact that he worked quickly and was very honest up front with the pricing for his service. The work that he did was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have lawn service done. He also ensured that the property was cleaned up from debris. The work that he completed was well worth the money.

What a great job. He did an amazing job cleaning up the yard and gardens. He even cleaned off the deck and cleaned out a raised planter. He is a perfectionist and it shows. The work was far better than I could have done. He was punctual and did the job in 2 hours. It would have taken me all weekend to do this. He removed all the yard waste. Communication was excellent. The price was well in line for the work done. I will use him again and encourage others to do the same.

He was pretty meticulous and very thorough. The yard looked really good when he was done. It was just the owner working, and he was very personable and wanted to make sure to talk to us when he came by to provide the service. He was very professional. We plan on using him again next year.

Great guy who works his tail off and takes great pride in his work. He is a bit tough to get ahold of and schedule but that is because it is just him and his customers keep him busy. If you can get on his schedule you will be happy. We bought a house and the yard was neglected for a month or so and the gutters were a bit clogged. I found him on Angies and gave him a call, he called me back the next day and we got scheduled. He showed up right on time and all prepared, we walked the property and talked about what needed to be done. He got right to it and worked his tail off for a few hours and got it all done. It looked great and was way less than other estimates, a gutter company gave me an estimate of $600 just to clean the gutters!!! He did the gutters and the yard for half that.
Great guy and will absolutely use him in the future!

Matt did a great job. I was trying to establish a new lawn area after having our trees all trimed up.When we returned and saw our lawn in great shape we were very pleased. He even e-mailed us a picture that we viewed on our cell phone while away. He is real good with detail in trimming etc. He also is available for Spring and Fallcleanup chores as well. We will use him again.

I called Matt on April 6 to say I needed a one time service as our lawn tractor had problems when we started it for the first time this year. Matt was going to mow our lawn on Tuesday, April 10 but we were able to get the lawn tractor running and I called to cancel. Matt was very friendly and understanding. I will call Matt again if we need yard service, he was so friendly and easy to work with.

I had a good experience with them. They were fair in their price. They were really thorough and immaculate. They did a good job. I will give them the highest ratings. I will use them again in the future.

Matt was communicative and upfront about what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and how much it was going to cost. The pictures and texts he sent to me were very helpful, as I could not be on site while he worked. He conducted himself professionally in the midst of some chaos on my property. I am very appreciative of that; he chose to complete the job, even though it would have been easier to walk away. I would call on him again.
