"Edgar’s communications via email, phone and text were great - he always responded quickly. And he always showed up on the day he said he would work. He and his team worked very hard day to day and also had very good manners. This was a big job - garage floor, corner lot with lots of sidewalks (personal walkways too) and spruced up front steps. My husband and I both agreed on 4 stars (which on this scale reads as good and 5 stars read as great but to me 4 stars = great and 5 = excellent). We agree that after Edgar has some more experience running his company that every new job he undertakes will add to that experience and small mistakes will be a thing of the past. "

Yes, you can pour a concrete slab on dirt, but only if you follow specific requirements. A wooden frame is a must, and the soil layer used for the base must be wet enough, thick enough, and compact enough to support the weight of the concrete slab. Unlike other fence types that require you to set posts in concrete or foam, you only need the dirt you took from the post hole for split rail fencing. Split rail fencing is initially a budget-friendly option. Pervious concrete can last from 20 to 40 years when properly mixed, poured, and maintained. Pervious concrete requires yearly maintenance to remove debris from the surface that can block the voids and interfere with effective drainage, but properly maintained pervious concrete can last as long as traditional concrete.
