First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!"

"As far as I know the work is good. I haven t been under the house to look yet. I m waiting for it to dry out and warm up. But I can tell from the inside of the house that my floor is more solid and I have less cold air entering my home from the insulating they did. Workers were nice and courteous. I do feel like if I have a problem that they will address it honorably."

Leading out to our sun room, we had an old slider door that we wanted to replace with new glass french doors and Colton did an outstanding job! Our older home created some challenges due to the custom sized door opening, but Colton went above and beyond to make it look great! He even took the time to create a custom threshold that transitioned the floor from tile to carpet! They cleaned up the site very well once the job was done and even vacuumed out our garage which he used as a work area. I would HIGHLY recommend Smith Remodel and Construction! They were careful with the property, always cleaned up when they were done. "Bull Construction’s language is primary Spanish. The owner had an employee translate. Even then I was a little hesitant to hire, but I liked their plan making 4 smaller steps coming into my house compared to two 6” rise steps. They were able to start the following week from the time they accepted the job. By their request, I had to buy the railings, but they would install them. I’m naive and didn’t realize all the separate parts that came with railings. He never charged more to assemble the railings. The bid for the job was under $400 for one contractor and $1,000 for another. I was still hesitant because I wondered if I was going to get what I paid for. Well, I couldn’t have been happier! For someone with a history of back and ankle surgeries, I am so thrilled I hired them. I don’t think I could be happier!!! Yes, sometimes you get what you pay for, but in this case, I got the equivalent to a Black Friday Deal!! Hire them. You won’t regret it!!!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
