Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!"
