They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! "They said you could not put a outlet closer than 3 feet in the bathroom-GFCI? They left the house muddy (its was snowing/raining) everyday they work in the house. Never cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very unprofessional and racists, even though he hires Latinos. They drove on the grass and tore up. They completely missed driving on the driveway. Never offered to fix it. Did not complete all the items listed in the quote we agreed upon. Tried to charge me $400 to stub in for a ceiling fan. replacement outlets, they made the drywall opening larger than the outlet cover and would not repair. Pretty anything they messed they refused to fix. THEN the owner after I requested money off for items forgotten or missed and things he ruined, he has the balls to call the building permit dept because i removed drywall in the dining room. super dick move!!! and not trustworthy."

"Accu Level overpromised and underperformed. We reached out to have a simple job performed as part of selling our house. From the start, we were told the work could be performed prior to closing. Due to timing and this promise, we did not get any other bids. Upon receiving the contract, we paid the deposit within one hour. From this point on, there was no communication from the business that was not initiated by us. We texted our rep and called the office every day from this point on to see when the work would be scheduled. There was no proactive communication whatsoever. Finally, one day before closing, our real estate agent demand a date to be scheduled and it was scheduled two weeks after closing. Thankfully, we had a flexible buyer who was willing to close without the work being done. On the day the work was supposed to be scheduled, with no notice, it was postponed for another week and the buyer had to find a time to reschedule. This had to be communicated to me by my realtor and not the business. After the work was done, I reached out to our rep to explain how disappointed we were with the customer service. This was verbatim his response: "Please understand this is not our normal scenario and there were people let go/had responsibilities changed because of it." I asked to speak to his manager. Upon speaking with the manager, he said they weren't willing to do anything to make amends for the lack of customer service even with his rep openly admitting that they did not meet their promises. The manager quoted back terms of the contract to me that they are allowed to reschedule and I explained that this was not a contractual dispute, but a complaint about customer service when an employee openly admitted fault and he was not willing to take accountability for his employee. I asked to speak to his manager. This conversation happened two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call. Don't use this business if you want any level of customer service."
