Clem was a constant and reassuring presence on-site, informing us continually throughout the process to ensure our level of confidence and understanding. As he put it, "I am here to take care of you." He meant that, and he certainly did. Within a week of meeting him and agreeing to a price, he and his crew disassembled, rebuilt the foundational structure and steps, and reassembled the deck. They did a beautiful job. They also installed and painted lattice to keep critters out from making homes under both decks. Attached are photos during and after the rebuild.
