He even recommended and implemented an access panel in the ceiling to access the above bathroom plumbing in case of any future leaks. The leaks are what had damaged the plaster previously. He did a great job and we're planning to have him back for some more repairs. He cleaned up the mess and had plastic down to protect the carpet and floor. "Needed a fan replaced. Tech put his ear to machine and determined which fan was bad. Went and got part and replaced that fan. Still made noise. He then unplugged the fans, like he should have done in the first place, and found it was another fan that was bad. He left without solving my problem I have ordered a fan, the correct one, and will install it myself. Very expensive non repair. I will say though, the customer service was pretty good and they did come to my home so I did not have to carry the computer anywhere."
