Clear Choice Energy Solutions

I had Steve from Clear Choice install 2 new windows and insulate the walls of the older home I moved into last fall.

The condo I live in was built in 1986 and all of the attic insulation had settled. I contacted Clear Choice and they came out in a timely manner to provide an estimate. Their pricing was in line with another estimate we had received earlier. After meeting with the other people, we hired Clear Choice. They were able to schedule this job within three weeks if we agreed to a Saturday appointment.
They arrived on time for the appointment and had scheduled six to eight hours for the job, which included some minor construction around the attic hatch. They used a plastic barrier to keep the blown insulation in the attic and not in the hallways. They went about their work quickly and were done sooner than expected. They cleaned up after themselves and if I hadn't seen the trucks and the equipment, I wouldn't have known they were even there. I can't actually see what they did up there, but they never stopped pumping in the insulation the entire time. I am sure it has improved the property value and the people in the upstairs units will be the first to notice the savings for heating and cooling.
