I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

Irrespective of the short notice, Rick came out and spent hours cleaning out all the vents in the home that very next evening. Rick was clean, professional and courteous during the entire time he worked with us. He showed me pictures of the vent systems before and after the cleanings. They were disgusting to say the least, with a thick layer of dust, dirt, residue, cobwebs hanging everywhere and who knows what else. Afterwards they looked brand new. During the cleaning I was working in the kitchen and there was no indication of the work being done in the form of dust or smell. Rick also pointed out issues with the heating/cooling system of which we weren't aware and gave us information on how to keep our system working well. Approximately a week after my parents moved in they mentioned that my Mother's asthma which is very severe, seemed to be better. She was not using her inhalers as much and wasn't coughing as much. Although anecdotal, and many things change with a move, both my parents and myself believe the vent cleaning had a positive impact on the air quality in my parents new home.
