I could've had it repaired when I first went in but I made an appointment instead. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I wouldn't have gone back to them a second time if I didn't like the service the first time.

Appointment was setup 8/31 repair man came the next day ( not 2 weeks later like sears ). He diagnosed the problem but did not have the matching part. He located the part and returned the next day. Dishwasher works great and was repaired within 48 hours after calling.

My dishwasher still needs to be repaired.  Do not call them unless you bought your appliance there.
