They did the work quickly and as requested.

Tech was on time, completed tasks, explained all work done and answered all questions. Professional rekey of 3 outer doors, including 2 deadbolts, 3 knobs. 4 copies of key included. 10% Angie's List discount.

VERY professional service! When the set screw later came out that week and the door handle popped off, they dispatched someone to remedy the issue with a smile. I will most definitely use Dedge's for all of my future home physical security needs.

They were excellent. They did a good job. In and out and he knew exactly what he was doing. He came right out the next morning after I called. He did a fine job. He was a very nice young gentleman. I guess he was young. Everybody is young to me. I don't really remember the cost, to be perfectly honest. I just know that it was reasonable because if it was unreasonable, I would remember. They were great.

I thought their price were high. They explained to me that they did not have exactly what I wanted but did have some other stuff, and they could coordinate the colors and they could key them all. They basically did the job in a very short period of time working with seven doors. They did it very expeditiously. This guy was very upfront over showing me what he was doing and how he was keying, and invited me to watch the process if I wanted. The entire process was just sheer delight, especially since somehow they just fit me in the next day. He had an extremely professional guy that came over.

Showed up on time, price charged was within estimate we had been given and the technicain took the Angie's discount coupon that I had printed off from the web site. I will use them again if I need a locksmith.

When I called, a got an appt the next day with a window of 8 to noon, and the tech would call when he was on his way. The next day, the tech called about 9 or so when he was 30 minutes away. He came and rekeyed all the locks as requested. He also flipped the deadbolt locks on the front and back door so that were in the same direction of the regular door lock - I really appreciate that! So annoying having to switch the key from one lock to another. The Tech was very nice and efficient. Highly recommend.

We'd used them before with great results and today was the same!!!  The work was done efficiently and the lock smith was very professional and personable.  The price was right for the work done.

Not too good.  While they were here my wife inquired about the possibility of installing some new door locks, you know we have a six month old baby and we had some other contractors here so she was busy with that and he went ahead and she specifically told him, you know, hey can you give me some price options and you know show it to me.  So he went ahead and installed them on his own without asking.  He did a real poor job with installation, the garage door was completely unprepared, the front door wouldn't unlock properly, he just didn't do a proper installation job.  Oh and he additionally charged for $250 and he said he didn't know anything about an Angie's List deal.  When I got home and figured out he charged over an additional $200, that's pretty messed up.  They came out that week around December 18th or so.  When I got home I talked to the owner and he ended up giving our check back but.   The owner ended up sending somebody else who came and fixed the gross mistakes but he refused to switch the locks that they'd installed.  I mean they didn't make it right, they fixed most of the problems but.  I guess the price was an A.  I mean the first worker was bad, he was really bad.  The second worker and the owner were good.
