"Although I think the work done was excellent, the flat fee that covers the first 10 vents should be able to be adjusted down. I only had 4 simple floor vents in a small home with no basement but had to pay full price of over $400. One word of caution, do not stay in the house when the vents are fumed. Though not necessarily unpleasant, the smell clung to my clothes and the inside of my nose for hours. Wait a bit until the furnace/AC has been running before going back in."

I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "We recently moved into our home and had felt that the air quality was poor and the vents needed to be cleaned. We were experiencing new allergies and chronic congestion. Jami was excellent when explaining the services and pricing, Dillon and team worked very hard to clean our entire system. After the requested cleaning, they showed before and after pictures of each vent/main. Dillon discovered mold in the furnace and in basement vents. The team stayed later than expected to add sanitation and furnace cleaning. All at an extremely reasonable price. We notice a big difference in our air quality in our house! We all feel better and deal with a lot less dusting when cleaning the house."

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
