"Bull Construction’s language is primary Spanish. The owner had an employee translate. Even then I was a little hesitant to hire, but I liked their plan making 4 smaller steps coming into my house compared to two 6” rise steps. They were able to start the following week from the time they accepted the job. By their request, I had to buy the railings, but they would install them. I’m naive and didn’t realize all the separate parts that came with railings. He never charged more to assemble the railings. The bid for the job was under $400 for one contractor and $1,000 for another. I was still hesitant because I wondered if I was going to get what I paid for. Well, I couldn’t have been happier! For someone with a history of back and ankle surgeries, I am so thrilled I hired them. I don’t think I could be happier!!!
