"Jason arrived a few hours after the rain the next day, which was the earliest I could have expected. He and his crew were friendly, professional and easy to work with. They got our permission to drive their equipment onto our lawn, which was entirely necessary to do the work. Jason gave me updates as the work went on. In all, it took about two-and-a-half days, including stump grinding. The stump was bigger and tougher than expected, but Jason didn't charge more than his estimate. He left us lots of left-over wood chips, as requested. The whole experience was positive, maybe because Jason has a great sense of humor!
