"He is a nice man, but his work was not good. He had someone mow for him who did not mow short enough to get rid of the weeds. Even though I asked several times, he did not pull the weeds in the cracks of the driveway or sidewalk. He did not do a good job of trimming the bushes or removing the weeds from the circles around the trees. I have tried to contact Kimani, but he has not responded. I do not want him to come to my house again. He came to my house unannounced a few weeks ago and mowed, but I was not here to pay him. We disputed the invoice and never heard back until we got another invoice another seven months later seeking double the original amount including monthly interest and an ‘overhead & profit’ fee."
