Timber Warriors

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!! They are a group of scammers: they sent 3 people to complete the work of 2.5 hours, but ended up charging for 15 hours and claiming that the work was done by 5 people. Not to mention that 1 hour of the work of 1 person was billed about $500, the total bill was $7K!! The actual cost of the job was about $1200, so they charged 6 times more that it should be! They got the job from insurance and told me that I have to complete positive review in order to receive the payment from insurance, after receiving the positive review (despite the fact that the job was half done), then they claimed that insurance is not going to pay the bill (as insurance said that the cost of job is much lower than they changed) , this fraudulent company now is demanding the payment from me despite the fact of me not even hiring them but they’ve been provided to me by insurance! Please contact me in order to file a class action lawsuit against timber warriors, as I was able to find out that this company is engaging in illegal and criminal activities like intentionally overcharging customers and misrepresentation of events!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!

They messed up my driveway and backyard. They did not want to fix it. They put nothing. Everyone should not hire them. They did not do the job properly.

Came out to remove limb, damaged my gutter using lift to get onto roof. Removed the limb and I asked if the hole or puncture and they said no and left. One week later received call asking if we needed the hole tarped on the roof? We said what hole? and if there is one (2 1/2 story house) of course. Said they'd send someone called back 3 times then had someone else tarp it after no one came 10 days later. Tried to call and pay bill and talk to them about damage to gutter etc. Transferred 3 separate times to voicemail. Then received certified letter from lawyer ref bill w added fees. Never again.

I knew they were busy, but they were still able to arrive the same day, and they did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend them!

Long story short, a tree fall over and I ended up using Timber Warriors I think, through my insurance company.  I was searching for somebody to trim my tree and we had some storms and the tree fell over.  They were here two weeks ago in March of 2017 to do the tree work.  They actually came out of Sacramento and did the work for me down in Los Angeles.  They were actually very responsive.  They came out to do what they had to do.  I wasn't there when they did it.  So I remotely opened the gate for them and I watched them on the camera.  They worked the whole time, got it done and left.  The price was moderate, it wasn't the cheapest I could have had I'm sure, but I paid for service and certainly not cheapness.  The price was $2000, well $2000 something.  It was an avocado tree.  I'm older, and I've kind of  been around the block, and they weren't cheapest but again, I was very happy with the service.  They were able to come in an emergency situation and they got it done quicker than I thought they would be able to get it done.  They were right on time.  They told me what time they would be there and I opened the gate, he looked at the camera and they were almost right on time.  I would definitely use them in the future, they did a good job.
