The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

After getting tired to repaired broken pipes and a rather costly leak, Dean was able to figure out a way to run the waterline through interior walls so we never have to worry about that again. We are very happy with Red Box did and highly recommend them. Dean and Mariah were excellent to work with, and the quality of their work was top notch. They were quick and despite the amount of demolition that had to be done, our house never felt like a construction site. They were always clear about what they were doing. We will definitely be going back to Red Box for our future projects."
