"Josh replaced a light fixture with a new light fixture and ceiling fan combo. He also replace my garage door opener. He did both efficiently and left everything tidy when he was done. He even did a little extra in the garage because the opener was headed downhill. So he leveled that out, completed the installation, and programmed the keypad and all openers. He was respectful and courteous, and I am very happy with both the jobs he did, and his upstanding demeanor. Thanks Josh!!!"

Additionally, new construction loans can have higher interest rates than traditional mortgages, and property taxes on new homes are often higher, increasing long-term costs. An exception is a DIY house build, which can be cheaper than buying an existing home if you do the labor yourself. While building is generally more expensive, a new custom home offers complete control over the layout and design.
