He uses square space, so texted me the estimate, everything was laid out and clearly specified on what he was going to do. He communicated with me every step of the way. He even texted a reminder the day before and when he was on his way over! Aaron was on time for the job and done early! His price was in the ballpark for the estimates I got, a little on the higher end of that range, but it was totally worth it, he did a great job and made it painless! Floors look great; subcontracted out. Should've had couple items clearly written out before work began but happy with the work completed. Dispose of all trash/scrapes myself. I wouldn't hire again due to a couple issues but work completed was an A.

So we used this company for irrigation and it has been a disaster. The technician had NO IDEA what was going on. He was in our crawl space pulling valves and didn’t know what he was pulling. We have since had CRAZY HIGH WATER WORKS BILLS from them “messing” with our irrigation system. We have two meters and the one specifically for our irrigation system has been insanely high! Nobody will return our calls, we’ve been waiting for a phone call from a supervisor for two weeks now. **we were hung up on earlier by a customer service rep** RIDICULOUS. WISH WE HAD NEVER TRUSTED THIS COMPANY WITH OUR BUSINESS We’ve had their billing company call us multiple times to collect a payment but won’t return our calls about paying our bills that they’ve caused us! We’ve paid water works $350 and we now have a bill of $930 because of APLUS being terrible. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO OWE WATER WORKS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS 3 weeks later and they still haven’t been professional enough to be responsive and refund us

No results because I live in NW Des Moines proper and the service provider is located in the SE section of Des Moines. The owner stated that we were out of his service area and I think that would make good business sense. I would not expect them to come that far for one small job. I have no problem with his decision!!!

My initial call was returned within a couple hours and they were out for an estimate the same day. Crew showed up on the day scheduled first thing in the morning and were completed in about 2.5 hours. Courteous, professional quality work. Quoted price was mid-range of all estimates. Final price was little under the quote too. I would comfortably recommend them to anyone.
