I know it can be tough to make time do things that are let's say "a pain." I've been a landlord for 7 years and I have had to do many repairs. My painting skills are decent as result as well. I've had to do a number of clean outs. I've replaced flooring, windows, built decks, cut down trees (smaller trees) and I've done landscaping projects. I can haul things away or do heavy lifting. I am the sole employee of Madden's hammer. As stated on my business card "snow job too small, some jobs to big" meaning even though I could do large jobs it will take longer for the fact that it's just me. Billing services can be by the hour or by bid. My motto has always been customer satisfaction and customer service our priority. I have well over 25 years of experience and there is very little that I have not seen or done.

Owner is on every job-site. No sub-contractors are used. Jobs are typically priced per square ft. Payment Terms: 30-50% material deposit, remainder due upon job completion. We are tied into industry leading suppliers/manufacturers. We consistently attend education training, seminars, etc. We are experts in coatings for residential homeowners and commercial property owners

We have 40 contractors throughout the entire State of Florida. All jobs require 50% up front and balance due upon completion of the job. We do not accept checks for final payment. We do not offer financing.
