After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "Moving is stressful, an interstate move is even more stressful, but these folks are fantastic. From the quoting process to the last item delivered, the Spine crew was top notch, professional and communicative, even providing valuable tips as we prepared for the move. Our crew leader, Nick was just wonderful in how he works with us and also his crew to make sure we were listened to and valued. Caleb helped us with our quote and we ended up paying several hundreds of dollars less than what was quoted. They treated both of our homes professionally and made sure they didn’t leave until we had everything where we needed it and set up the same way they initially took it away. Highly, highly recommend and while I hope we don’t have too many more moves in our future, we will undoubtedly call upon the Spine crew to take care of us!"

"The two young men that loaded our truck were very friendly and respectful. However, the loading job was extremely poor. When we arrived at our destination, the movers who unloaded (also with Two Men and a Truck) stated numerous times how terrible the packing job was. All heavy furniture was placed on top of boxes and totes, completely crushing many of the boxes. We had a damaged wagon, elliptical, sitting room chair set and more. I reported this to the company immediately. I was offered a $250 refund. I explained that the damage was not the potential fault of the moving vehicle or driver; that had the truck been loaded properly and boxes not crushed by heavy furniture, damage would have been mitigated. This office manager was unwilling to do anything further. Please note- Two Men and a Truck Urbandale does not stand behind their work and if you have damaged items, you have zero recourse. Very unsatisfied with the way this office conducts business and treats their customers."

BEWARE -> They will NOT pay insurance claims if you buy their insurance. Don't hire Wheaton if you are moving. They have been giving my family the run around, and failing to pay out insurance on $18,000+ worth of damages/lost items since last October, 2024 (8 months now) moving from CA to CO. They tried to blame everything on their local partner who has been fantastic to work with. There is photographic evidence everything was ok when it was loaded. Their driver also tried to charge me for additional/unused/unnecessary services on the day of delivery. They/I have all the documentation proving everything."

"First I will start with the movers themselves. They were the positive. They did a good job. The negative was the service from the office and the owner himself. We were moving from a rental 3 bedroom townhome in Ankeny to a new hone we purchased in Johnston. We also have a storage unit in Monroe that needed to be moved to the new home as well. My wife filled out all of the info online for what we had. We do have a good amount of items for a 3 bedroom place. We moved to Iowa two years ago with a packed full 26 foot truck. I thought there was a good chance that two loads would be needed. But that was never asked to us. The guys got there on time and went through the inventory of everything. Also went through what they had listed that was at our storage. No issues. They got everything loaded and it was clear that with the way it was packed, the truck would needed to be unloaded at the new house and then to the storage to load that. Extra money out of our pocket but we needed to get it all. On the way to the new home, my wife gets an email that the crew was booked in the afternoon and that the storage would have to be done at another time. I called the office to ask about this because this was ridiculous to me. No sorry was said. She just kept telling me about how it was my wife’s fault and that she didn’t list things correctly. “On our list, it should have easily fit on the truck.” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Again, we moved all of our items across country on a 26’ truck so I know it fits. The the owner called me and it was the same thing. Just kept blaming my wife. The crew went over the inventory and the. The list for the storage which was correct. But somehow it was my wife’s fault. And no sorry. They couldn’t even get the storage for a few days later. No thank you!! Not giving another dime to this company and I urge you not to as well unless you want extremely poor service from the owner himself!!!"

"Received quote and paid $2429.90 deposit. 1 week before scheduled pickup, they called and re-assessed the number of items in the house and bumped up the estimate by $4149. I cancelled the service because I had donated 25% of my house to charity and there were less items to move. However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints). I would not advise anyone to use them for your moving services !!"
