"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

There are not enough words to express the honor, gratitude and exceptional work they did on building my new home. Amber's knowledge and experience with construction work is so impressive, helping me from building permits to water meters to septic tanks it is completely amazing how much she knows which in turn is able to help her customers out. Janine and James are just as wonderful too if Amber is not there they both are able to jump right in a project and take over. The construction part of this build was INCREDIBLE for myself, my family and my entire street. All our neighbors would stop us complimenting on how fast and efficient the construction workers were. They could not believe that they even worked in the rain everyone on my block was so impressed!!! Any obstacles that we came across were always given to me with options and solutions. As anything in life the most important thing is communication it gets the job done and it gets the job done right which is how the job got done effectively. If there was anything I did right in this lifetime (besides my kids) was to have Zoe Builders build me my brand new home."
