This is the second time we used Dan Brown to wash our Wailea condo windows and huge mirrors. We've also used them twice for deep carpet cleaning.
Dan Brown Condo Care is BY FAR the best, most responsible, and most reasonably priced condo service provider we've dealt with in the seven years we've owned property in Maui. (I'm including plumbers, contractors, air conditioning servicers, screen door installers, everything.) They always show up on time, are friendly and polite, put their heads down and get the job done. The work is always terrific. The rates are more than fair. They don't reschedule you a million times or take days to get back to you. NONE of these things are easy to find in Maui!

We were moving out of our condo and needed to have the carpets thoroughly cleaned to ensure that we would get our security deposit back. I went on Angie's List to find a reputable carpet cleaner and found Dan Brown's Condo Care. I contacted the company over the phone and the representative I spoke to seemed very professional and courteous. She arranged for a carpet cleaner to come by and give us a free estimate. She said that their charges are based on square footage. The gentleman was on time when he came to measure our unit. He quoted us $235 plus tax to clean the carpets in the living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, hallways and closets, all completely unfurnished.

To compare pricing, I received another estimate from a different carpet cleaner that I found through word-of-mouth and that cleaner came in just a few dollars higher. I was pleased with the ratings that Dan Brown's Condo Care received on Angie's List so I decided to go with Dan Brown's Condo Care. In the end, the property manager that did our walk through said that "the condo was very clean and the rugs looked great". We didn't get a chance to inspect the unit but we received our security deposit back. We definitely plan on using Dan Brown's Condo Care services again in the future.

The condo project housekeeping director scheduled the cleaning two days previously. This is the company they usually use. Two men showed up on time, and the supervisor introduced himself and reviewed the project with me. He told me about the services the company provides and gave me a business card. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I had already moved some furniture out of the way and vacuumed, but he told me that next time they would take care of all of that. He explained that it would take them about an hour to clean the carpet (covered by my condo fee), and another 2 1/2 hours to do the upholstery that I had requested, and he provided a written estimate. We returned after they had finished and left, and everything was done well and as requested. I will definitely use them again.
