"`I have much respect for Mr. Tim Mort and his Awesome Crew. Tim is well mannered, easy to talk to and explains all that a homeowner needs to know to make a good decision. His crew is outstanding! They've always greeted me w/ respect and kindness. Their work ethics and great attitude is a testament to the close bond they have with Tim and each other. My two story ohana unit sits on a hillside behind the family house that is only accessible by foot, a fairly good hike up the cement stairs. Built in the early 60's the leftside foundation dropped about 5 inches. Tim assured me they can secure the foundation. The crew worked really hard having to walk up and down carrying equipment and disposing bucket loads of broken cement. Throughout the whole process of demolishing, securing foundation and rebuilding the ohana unit leftside corner wall the crew's attitude was positively solid! Each day the crew kept the work area safe and clean. I am very pleased w/ the outcome, "Job Well Done!" I highly recommend Foundation Systems of Hawaii."

"Sika masonry did a good job on my Rock wall. The boss, his son Seloti, and Tim are all hard workers and have met my expectations. They are finishing off the privacy fence now and they know what they are doing. They work at a good pace and do know their jobs. If I need anything else done I will call Sikhs Masonary again."

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.

Most states and municipalities don’t require concrete mudjacking companies to carry a specific license, but they usually need to have a general contractor’s license, and they should be fully insured. This reduced weight puts less pressure on the underlying soil and lowers the risk of future sinking. Polyjacking is suitable for any sinking concrete slab, while mudjacking is typically only recommended for non-structural concrete, such as sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and driveways. The primary drawback of polyjacking is its cost, which can be up to four times higher than mudjacking—as much as $25 per square foot compared to a maximum of about $6 per square foot for mudjacking.
