Mitch and his team had done a fantastic job on my mom's kitchen so I knew I had to have them do my master bathroom. Mitch brought some great ideas on how we can make our stand up shower bigger (I would have never thought of that), then Rob and Josh and the rest of the team got to work. Everything from picking out exactly what materials we wanted to making sure everything looked perfect at the end - the overall experience was actually pleasant. We've done renovations before that sometimes would get stressful but this team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for your projects.

Windward custom Builders were awesome. I accepted their proposal and they started work within a couple days. Gutted my whole kitchen and put in new double walls, electric, plumbing, drywall, cabinets, quartz counters, sink, lighting and a brand new walk in pantry. Finished in about 3 weeks. Not the cheapest bid but definitely worth the price. Everything was done top notch with no cut corners. Will use them again for sure!

The pricing was beyond fair & the completed job is beautiful! Matt came to our home, understood what we wanted-made a proposal & there were no surprises. We had our entire kitchen renovated, we added a bathroom in unused space & 18 brand new windows that all needed to be reframed due to all the termite damage. Mitch impressed me from the start. He listened to my wishes and provided his proposal. Very little changes were made and we were on our way to begin the kitchen renovation. His skilled professionals worked tirelessly and flawlessly. Clean up were done at the end of each day and they left the area spotless. My dream kitchen is perfect in every way. I cannot wait to cook and bake all my goodies during the holidays.

I was initially planning to do the bathroom myself - so I had a lot of ideas before we started. Mitchell stayed in close contact to make sure our expectations were met. Like any project, small things came up and they were addressed in a timely manner. They were quickly able to save the day when old termite damage resulted in a hole in our wall. Work was done in a reasonable timeframe. Our bathroom looks gorgeous and we are super happy with our experience.

Matt,Carson, and John and the rest of the crew were were awesome to work with. They kept me up today during the four week project. Matt was professional. John was about give me huge shower. Carson was patient answering my questions and concerns.. Final project turned out great!

Where do I even start to talk about my experience with Windward Custom Builders? 1. Quick response time- the on-site visit to get an idea of the project was scheduled timely; despite not being the first company I spoke with WCBâ s proposal came in first; my questions were answered with no wait time. 2. Knowledgeable- Matt came over, took our ideas, plugged in his expertise and really helped us see all the potential of the projects. 3. The price! The proposal came in, was easy to understand and was such a fair price. The other companies sent in their proposals for the same work and I was shocked how marked up construction can be but not with WCB! 4. Matt is motivated, encouraging, but not at all pressuring. 5. References- plenty of references that I could easily call but turns out he worked on my neighbors home and did an incredible job that I witnessed first-hand. 6. BuilderTrend app- everything I need to know before I even have to ask is there. TLDR: WCB is so easy and fun to work with. There is no guessing, just solid communication, an honest company, beautiful work. I canâ t believe Iâ m saying this but Iâ m actually have fun in this process.

They are very willing to serve, and they do there best even though they are a small company and have limited staff.

Matt and team took on a tough project scope which included cutting concrete slab, digging new sewer line to install new plumbing for kitchen and new half bath. Complete kitchen remodel, new drywall for ceiling and walls in kitchen, dining and living rooms. New 200 amp electrical panel, new windows, new flooring. Project was well coordinated and finished in a timely manner. Matt communicated daily by phone and with picture updates, offered good ideas and solved issues. Highly recommend for a stress free experience.

I don’t know if you know this but I have a friend who is a nurse

We were informed daily of which subcontractors would be working that day and the expected time of arrival. All the subcontractors were professional, courteous, cleaned up daily, and were responsive to questions. They adjusted well to unexpected construction problems and provided solid recommendations on necessary modifications of the original plan. Work was top rate.

We hired Windward Custom Builders to extend the height of the fence in our back yard and to build a new door. From the start of the project to the finish the work was quickly and efficiently done. The result was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy

The project came out better then I expected! They completed project faster then anticipated. Work site was clean during the project and all rubbish was removed when job was complete. The workers kept me apprised of any up coming work and made proper suggestions when needed. The additional recommendation of work that was needed did not interrupt the project time line and was completed again beyond my expectation! I would highly recommend them. I will be considering them for any work I need done to my house!

They did our church project in one week - right on time.

We hired Matt Azouz to run a top-to-bottom remodel of our 1952 2-bedroom single wall house. The house turned out fantastic - it's modern, beautiful, and at the same time, true to its architecture and perfectly simple. They did a full bathroom rebuild, a full kitchen remodel, new drywall for ceilings, refinished the original 1952 heartwood pine floors, painted interior and exterior, and updated electrical. The subs and tradesmen that he works with are all detail oriented, friendly, and professional. And above all, Matt is a great General Contractor and project manager - he's a clear communicator, very responsive, transparent, and fair. He has a scope and schedule, and he works to that plan. We intend to hire Matt and his team again on our next big project; and have recommended him to our family and friends without hesitation.

The workers were friendly, dependable, and thorough. The final product was excellent however there were challenges during the overall work. Not having a permanent workforce can create challenges which was evident on our project. Odd working hours, mistakes by the plumber extended the project by a week. With that said, the carpenter and his helper did a fantastic job which made this project a great success.

Matt made many suggestions for kitchen design that made the final result very useful and aesthetically pleasing.

Matt and his crew did an amazing job on my main bathroom! They did the demo, waterproofing, tiling, vanity, toilet, and fixture installation within a couple weeks. It looks beautiful! Highly recommend hiring this team!

The deck that Matt and his crew did was excellent and exceeded Our expectations. The deck looks really sexy! Matt added in quite a few extra things that we didnâ t have to pay for that really sends it over the top. Matt and his crew were very professional in that they were on time every day, very courteous to neighbors and always cleaned up after the days work. Beautifully done!
