We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Fred was easy to talk to. He brought up aspects pertaining to our concrete patio and driveway installations. His knowledge put us at ease. We knew we were in good hands. Now almost two months later, we still find ourselves admiring the work done. We would call Fred again, hands down, for future concrete projects. Besides the discipline and focus, he and his crew were warm and friendly. It was bittersweet watching them go.

My family & I couldn't be more happy with the result. Fred went above and beyond what was expected. He is a true professional with lots of experience and that is very apparent. In addition, he helped in so many ways - jumped started our car when the battery died, helped carry a heavy plant into the house, fixed our sprinkler system in so many places... He even took out one concrete block and redid it over when it showed some puddling. It's all great now. Can't say enough good things about his work and work ethic. It's hard to find punctual, professional, detail-oriented people who really care about their work in Hawaii. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about! So glad I went with Fred and his crew to do the concrete work at our house. Highly recommend!

Our existing CMU wall had multiple cracks due to spalling. Contracted the services of Fred Perlin and we were very satisfied with the price, workmanship, and knowledgeable and friendly services that he and his workmen provided. He even constructed a temporary fence to contain my dogs while the wall was being built. I highly recommend him to others looking for masonry services.

The work went well, Fred Perlin is a knowledgeable individual, with a great deal of personal drive. He is the type of resourceful contractor that has the skill-sets that allow him to problem solve on the fly. That degree of knowledge and skill can only be gained by hard work and hands on experience. Fred will take the lead and show crew members how it is done when needed without making a big deal out of it. 
Fred has a small crew of regulars and brings in extras when the work calls for it. His workforce is comprised of some good guys that work hard and earn their pay. As you might guess I am very pleased with the results. 

CMU wall and drainage

Fred was great. He has a hard working crew but most of the knowledge resides with Fred and to his credit, he is always very involved in the work so that it is done correctly. My wife made several comments to me how kind and friendly Fred's crew treated her.
Important things is that the job was done to my satisfaction and looks great. The existing concrete that had to be removed was very thick (can you believe 20and quot; thick side walks and 8and quot; thick driveway? I continually added to the job as I decided that more and more things needed to be bettered but that was never a problem.
If you need some concrete or block wall work done, Fred is your guy.
