"YAY! Thank GOD for Kaena and his company Lyden Siding! We got dinged on our homeowners insurance for siding that recently warped and exposed the house. Kaena came the next day and gave us a reasonable quote. Set appt for like 12 days out but after me pleading with him, explaining our timing dilemma he made it happen and came with his worker Cheyenne the very next day. Very grateful! Cheynenne is talented and a trooper!! Got the job done within 3 hours and let me tell you, it was BLAZING HOT! Sun beating down directly on him. But it did not affect his work. He's definitely a quality skilled professional. They cleaned up, gave me a requested W9 and a signed receipt. WA-LA, my stress is no more. I was freaking out we might lose our insurance but Kaena & Cheyenne got the job done in plenty of time. YAY!!"

I'm a General Contractor,you can see my selective catergories.I use my services all over Oahu.I have my own subs Drarftsman,plumber, electrian painter,mason tilesetter and block setters.We also build and design.I have 4 employees right now use to have eight but it was too much over head like keeping it small.I'm always on the jobsite.My billing procedures are simple we ask for 50 % down and and 20% when we get so far and so forth,you hold the last percentage until final walk thru and sign-off.Their is 1 walk thru to make a punchlist of what needs to be corrected,we go in and finalize it.If theres a problem we sit down and get to the root of the problem, I'm straight forward easy to talk to.
