I am very happy with Tal Builders LLC. I called them on a Thursday and they arranged for a Project Manager come over for an estimate on that Sunday which worked well for my schedule. When my project manage Amit arrived and we discussed what I needed was remove our soaker tub which cast iron and replace it with a handicapped shower for my husband who fell and broke his neck and femur at the hip bone. He hasn't been home since December 5th. Amit is fair and compassionate and said he wanted to help me with this project.. We discussed a fair price and how soon to start and finish of this project. He even went shopping with me to pick up the finish things for the project. They provided the proof of insurance and license needed required by our condo. The project started 3 days after shopping , the workers that are James and Hip, very kind and master full arrived right on time and it is Thursday now and the project is over half way done. I would recommend Tal Builders LLC.

He was extremely professional, friendly, and willing to explain things to us. We would gladly like to welcome him back in the future!

Project manager was efficient and professional notifying me of every step of project. There were minor quality issues like planks not properly nailed and wire fencing was loose but they fixed the problems after I contacted them.

Difficulty in setting up the initial appointment. Seems he was busy. Once we met and discussed the railing project, he gave me a fair price and completed the project much better than I had expected. He made the railing stronger and provided excellent advice on the painting and maintenance of the railing. Friendly guy.

We highly recommend Tal, LLC as a contractor. He was our General Contractor for our recent kitchen renovation project. He was very organized, efficient and meticulous. He had a great team of subs. Everyone respected him. He contacted us every morning to go over the job scope for the day and keep us apprised of any situation that needed our attention. Everything ran like clockwork. He has a good eye and comes up with good solutions and recommendations if necessary. He invited us to see samples of the quality of his work and and we were sold. It took a while to schedule the work. The contractor and his tiler came over yesterday to decide the best way to go about redoing a backsplash. The tiler was supposed to start at 8 today. By 9, when he still hadn't arrived, I e-mailed the contractor. (I would have phoned him but the number on his website got me to a voice-mail recording that the mailbox was full and could not take any new messages.) I finally got an e-mail from him that he was sorry, that he'd tried to help but it just didn't work out. And that he'd reimburse me for the check I'd given him yesterday, for which I didn't receive a receipt.
