From the beginning to the end, Ryan was great at listening to my vision and any concerns along the way and responded in a timely and efficient fashion. He completed the full renovation (demolition down to the load bearing walls, new plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, insulation, ceiling, roof, gutters, redone original wood floors, basically everything) in exactly the time he said it would take - 2 1/2 months to the day. Ryan knows his craft like an expert and not only oversees and organizes the work but also gets his hands dirty actually doing the work. He recently built us a deck in the back yard which we love. (It’s very hard to find that type of compassion these days) The job was finished in 3 days, quicker than expected!
