We needed repair to the house due to a branch spearing the back of it. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to come on Monday. The repairs were finished in a short time. My son thought to ask about our upper deck railing and the front board that was bad on the lower deck. Again we were given a reasonable quote and the work was done that day. To my surprise he replaced all three sides of the lower deck and added shoring. For the upper deck he enclosed the corners and it looks amazing. I will definitely keep him on speed dial for future work."

I have now been on hold for 20 minutes with the store, which appears to be their way of dealing with people for whom they don't have answers. I may get my stove this Saturday; however, I may not. It appears I need to speak with the salesman, and he's not answering the phone if, in fact, they have paged him.
