We contracted Green Source in Nov.2015. Jimmy from sales handled our contract. We were told we would have a Project Manager we could call and talk to everyday. Jimmy was assigned to be our project manger. Much to his surprise since he is in sales. We moved out because it would have been hard to live in the house. We thought someone would be checking on our home daily but that did not happen. ( Thought this due to conversation with Jimmy) Chad Couch came in with a crew when work had to be done by Green Source. Majority of our work was done by a flooring contractor. It was hard to let strangers come into our home and to realize no one was checking on them. A lock box was on the door so workers could come and go as they pleased. I waited to write a review to see if I would have to request a vendor to come back. The master bedroom bathroom vanity had to be removed. This included the faucets. When it was time to put our faucets back in the vanity our faucets were missing and could not be found. We were not happy. Chad told us to go buy new faucets and he would pay for them. Someone should have secured materials taken out of the house for 2 months. One faucet leaked the next day and I had to ask for the plumber to come back. The faucet started leaking again in April. This time a big leak that was a stream so bad the hot water to this faucet was turned off . I sent a text to Jimmy telling him to talk to Chad about the leaking faucet. I also told him to let me know me know if this was not covered under warranty. He sent me a text telling me Chad was sending a plumber Monday if that was OK. I confirmed that with Jimmy. The plumber was a No Show on Monday. Jimmy sent me a text another plumber was coming. This plumber found a defected part inside the faucet. He called his office to have them call Chad to inform him. We told the plumber the faucet was almost new. He called his office to have them call Chad to let him know instead of ordering a part he would like to return the faucet to Lowes to get a new faucet. He returned the faucet. He did not ask us about what needed to be done with the repair. It was a little weird because he called his office to get them to to relay to Chad about each thing he found. We thought he did that since he was working for Chad! A week later I received an invoice for the plumbers charges for $270.00 from Green Source Homes. I called and talked to a lady in the office. She said Chad said since we bought the faucets we needed to be sent an invoice for the plumber's charges. We talked to her several times before Chad asked me to pay half of the invoice. I agreed. I sent him the text I had sent Jimmy. Really puzzled by his decision. I am sure if I called Sears about a problem with an appliance and ask them to let me know if it was not covered by warranty they would not send someone without telling me it would not be covered under warranty and expect me to pay. The faucets were part of the restoration and we are not plumbers. We moved out of our home Nov. 3, 2015 and returned home on Jan. 5,2016. Most of our restoration was flooring and there was a problem with it too but the flooring contractor was good to work with and also guarantee their work for lifetime. Make sure you find out what kind of warranty is applied to each scope of work.

Green Source Homes provided excellent service and communication. Nobody likes dealing with asbestos issues, but they made it fast and easy.
