"The first date we had scheduled had to be rescheduled due to an illness with a service person but the company let me know very early in the morning and we got it rescheduled. They are great emailing and texting but I did have trouble ever getting someone on the phone. The guys showed up, we went over everything to be done and they got to work! They were respectful of my home and did a wonderful job. The windows and sills were so clean and look great even weeks later. They were even so concerned that a few windows didn’t look clean but we determined the seals were broken and the windows are impossible to clean. I feel like the price was very fair for the work done!"

"The service was fantastic. The team was quick to respond to my inquiry and they were able to promptly schedule the service. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. My windows were a mess as we are in a new subdivision with lots of new construction. They took their time and the windows look fabulous. I intend on utilizing them every six months for window cleaning maintenance."

"Patrick and has team are the best I have worked with. He is prompt to respond to inquiries, his pricing is extremely competitive, and the quality of his work is nothing short of extraordinary. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a paint project. He even took the time out of his schedule to recommend a color scheme they would look great on the house. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and has followed up even after completion to ensure I didn’t happen to miss something during my final inspection. Quality and excellent customer service can be difficult to find, but Patrick embodied both of these and really went above and beyond. Hire him for your project! You will not be disappointed."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.

Sandblasting refers to the process of cleaning a surface using compressed air and aggregate. Soda blasting is the gentlest type of this method, but it differs from sandblasting that uses mineral or other aggregate, since sodium bicarbonate breaks apart more easily than other forms of blast media and, therefore, cannot be reused.

Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.
